EP 15: Who Do You Do It For?

How do we gain and maintain discipline when everything in our body is telling us to quit? Today’s episode is another short form 20 minute shot to the mouth of motivation. On today’s episode I cover the difference between discipline and motivation. Motivation is great but it is a dime a dozen. Discipline is what sets us a part.
