Connor Smithson is a force reconnaissance platoon commander in 2d Reconnaissance Battalion. Prior to that he attended Washington and Lee University where he was a Varsity Wrestler, and Lacrosse player. He would go on to serve in the Marine Corps as a platoon commander, Theater Security Cooperations team leader where he was responsible for training the Senegalise army, and a weapons company executive officer responsible for the supervision of training for Scout Sniper, Combined Anti-Armor, and Mortar platoons.
