Tough Talk 3: Choosing the Arena

On Today’s episode of Tough Talk a Postmodern Patriot Series, Isaac Wyant and I discuss our favorite Theodore Roosevelt Quote, “The Man in the Arena.” We talk about the surface level analogy of this concept and the deeper level analogy. We discuss the implications of failure on success and some of our favorite failures in life. We also talk about why it is important to choose your own arena and step into it regardless of the outcome. I know this episode will encourage you to avoid becoming one of those timid souls who knows neither victory nor defeat.
